A little bit about what we have planned…

Melancholy is all about connecting with our community from quality coffee to partnerships with our small business neighbors in the valley. We plan to do our best to think of our community first when sourcing our ingredients and our merchandise.

We are very excited to be serving Noble Coffee. From the beginning, we felt Noble and Melancholy’s values aligned, with a focus on organically grown, ethically sourced, quality beans. Learn more about Noble’s mission on their website.

All our dairy-based coffees will be made with Alexandre Family Farm milk. Alexandre’s ability to produce organic A2 whole milk all while focusing on reducing its carbon footprint and caring for their animals is exactly why we’re so excited to be serving all our drinks using their milk. We are committed to supporting local artists wherever possible. All of our cafe cups will be hand thrown by our neighbors at Northwest Ceramics Studio. We cannot wait for you to see these cups! Huge shout out to Gianna McCardell for bringing our frog logo vision to life. Follow her here!
